Evening plans
Ben and I are going to a discussion on the roles of men and women from a Christian perspective. I am hopeful that it will either be a fruitful discussion or an amusing train wreck. Ben and I could probably wreck it all on our own, based on some disagreements we have had over the popular stereotype of men as chowderheads with regards to household chores. It's not that I don't recognize that he diverges fairly sharply from the stereotype, but I still think jokes like Porn for Women are funny. This is inconsistent of me, as I would not appreciate him publically expressing admiration for misogynist jokes. But there you are. So: it should be interesting...
